A senior engineer replies within one business day

Contact QalbIT for custom software development: a written scope, timeline and price range within 48 hours.

Tell us what you are building, what it runs on today and what is slowing you down. You get a reply from an engineer, not a sales queue, and after one call a written scope with the exclusions listed, a timeline and a price range, free, and yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

What to send

  • Two lines on the product and who uses it, a link to the current app or a deck helps.
  • The stack you are on, if there is one, and what is slowing you down.
  • The rough timeline and budget band, so we scope to what is real.
  • How you want to work: fixed scope, a dedicated team or one developer added to yours.

What you can contact us about

Get in touch about a new build, a rescue, a dedicated team or a quote.

Most messages fall into one of six shapes. Whichever yours is, the first reply comes from the engineer who would lead the work, and the first thing you get back is a written scope, not a brochure. If you would rather see the commercial shape first, fixed-scope and monthly pricing sets out both ways of working.

  • Get a quote for a new web, SaaS or mobile product

An MVP, a customer portal, a SaaS platform or a Flutter app. Send the idea and the deadline; you get scope, architecture and a price range.

    Fixed-scope from $6,500 · 6–16 weeks typical

  • Hire a dedicated development team

A pod of backend, frontend, mobile and QA engineers working your hours on your roadmap, billed monthly, with a 30-day notice.

From $3,200 per engineer per month

  • Take over or modernise an existing app

A build another team started, a legacy PHP or Laravel system, or a product that has stopped scaling. We start with a review and a written risk list.

Architecture review in the first week

  • Add a developer to your own team

One or two named engineers, Laravel, Node.js, React, Next.js, Flutter or QA, who join your Slack, your board and your repository.

Staff augmentation · replace within 2 weeks if it is not working

  • Integrate APIs or automate a workflow

Payments, CRMs, ERPs, booking engines, messaging and analytics wired into your product, with the manual steps taken out.

    From $1,400 · often 2–4 weeks

  • Maintenance, support and small features

A monthly retainer for bug fixes, upgrades, security patches and the features that never make the big roadmap, with agreed response times.

Monthly · cancel with 30 days notice

What happens after you contact us

  1. An engineer reads it and replies

Within one business day, with either two or three clarifying questions, a proposed call slot, or a ballpark if the brief is already clear. For a number before you send anything, the cost calculator takes about a minute.

    Within 24 hours

  2. A 30-minute call, in your hours

Goals, users, current stack, constraints and how you like to work. Written Q&A over email if you would rather not call. NDA in place first if you want one.

    Day 1–2

  3. A written scope, timeline and price range

What is in, what is out, the architecture we recommend, phases with dates, and a price range with the assumptions stated. Free, and yours to keep.

Within 48 hours of the call

  4. You decide, then kickoff

No chasing. If it is a yes, contract and NDA are signed, the repository and accounts are opened in your name, and the first sprint starts within a week.

Frequently asked questions before you contact QalbIT

How to reach us, how fast we reply, what the first call covers, what the free scope includes, NDAs, minimum sizes and where we are.

Ask us directly →
The form on this page. It lands with a senior engineer rather than a shared inbox, and it asks for the four things we need to reply usefully: what you are building, what it runs on, roughly when and roughly how much. Email sales@qalbit.com works the same way. For a call or WhatsApp, use +91 85119 00440; it is answered in Indian office hours and returned the same day outside them.
Within one business day, and usually sooner. The first reply is either two or three clarifying questions, a proposed slot for a 30-minute call in your hours, or a ballpark if the brief is already clear. Nothing waits in a queue for a week, and you are never handed to a sales development rep.
Two lines on the product and who uses it, a link to the current app or a deck if there is one, the stack you are on, what is slowing you down, the timeline you have in mind and the budget band you are working to. You do not need a specification. If you have one, attach it; if you have a napkin sketch, that is enough to start.
Yes. After one call you get a written scope with the exclusions listed, the architecture we recommend, phases with dates and a price range with its assumptions stated, inside 48 hours. It is yours to keep whether or not you hire us, and it is written so another team could build from it.
Yes, gladly, and before you share anything sensitive. Send yours or use ours, which is a plain mutual NDA. Most clients want it in place before the discovery call, and that costs nobody a day: it is signed the same afternoon.
Fixed-scope projects start from about $6,500, integrations and smaller pieces of work from about $1,400, and dedicated engineers from $3,200 a month. If your budget does not fit we will say so in the first reply, before either side spends time on a call, and point you at what would fit.
One office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India: C-109, Siddhi Vinayak Towers, near Kataria Arcade, opposite S.G. Highway, Makarba, 380051. Clients in India are welcome to visit. Clients in the USA, the Gulf, the UK and Europe are served remotely from that office, with live hours arranged to overlap yours, and we travel for kickoffs when a project warrants it.
We work from IST (UTC+05:30) and shift the day to overlap yours: three to four live hours every morning for US Eastern clients, two to three for the Pacific coast, the whole working day in common with the Gulf, and the UK afternoon. Everything outside the live hours is covered by a written handover, so nothing waits overnight without a note.
Yes. The first call is about your users, your business and your deadline, not about frameworks. We translate the technical decisions into plain choices with costs attached, and the written scope is deliberately readable by someone who will never open the repository. Many of our long-running clients started as a founder with an idea and no technical team.
Frequently. Send access to the repository or a description of where things stand. We start with an architecture review and a written risk list, then propose whether to extend, refactor or rebuild, with the reasoning shown. The review is scoped and priced like any other piece of work, and it is often the whole first engagement.
A senior engineer reads every enquiry, and the engineer who joins the first call is the one who would lead the build. There is no separate sales team, so the person quoting the work is the person accountable for delivering it. You get the lead engineer's name in the written scope.
Job applications go to hr@qalbit.com or through the form on the careers page, which takes a CV or a GitHub link. Partnership, vendor and press enquiries go to info@qalbit.com. Both are read within a few working days; the project form is reserved for people who want something built.

Next step

Send two lines. Get a written scope in 48 hours.

Where you are today, where you want to be, and roughly when. An engineer replies within one business day, and the scope, timeline and price range are yours to keep either way.
