Our QA process: five stages, none of them at the end.

QA that starts after development finishes is not quality assurance, it is damage assessment. Ours starts while the feature is still being written down, on the same cadence as how a build runs week by week.

Two weeks, and you can already read what was tested.

On a standalone engagement the first sprint is the same whether the product is ours or someone else’s. We read the code and the last three months of bugs, write a ranked risk list, and put the first regression tests on the paths that would cost you most if they broke. By the end of the sprint the suite runs in your CI and the first written test summary is in your inbox.

Ours is $2,600 a month per engineer, manual and automation from the same person, with no separate automation team to pay for. The comparison table above sets the three side by side.

A typical product has a regression suite covering those paths within the first month, and manual testing continues on everything new.

A suite covering the business-critical journeys of a typical SaaS or mobile product takes four to eight weeks alongside normal development, and it grows with every feature after that.
Yes, and that is most standalone QA work. We read the code and the last three months of bugs, write a ranked risk list, and put the first tests where the risk is. There is no requirement to move development to us; the QA engineer works in your repository, your CI and your tracker.

Yes, as part of the release checklist rather than a separate project. Every authenticated surface gets an OWASP Top 10 pass and every customer-facing screen a WCAG 2.2 AA audit before launch. An external penetration test is quoted separately when your compliance needs one, and we fix what it finds.
Critical bugs are fixed with a median of 48 hours, inside the thirty days of post-launch support every build includes, and a regression test is added so the same bug cannot come back. Anything found later is covered by the support retainer or the dedicated engineer, depending on how you work with us.
